With Call Forwarding,
you can automatically redirect your calls to any other telephone number
- even your cell phone, pager or voice mail.
If you forward your
calls to a long distance number, the current long distance charges will
apply and be charged to your account.
If your Call Forwarding
is already "on" and you try to activate it again, you'll
hear a rapid busy signal.
You can still make
calls when Call Forwarding is activated, but you can't receive any. You
will hear one short ring each time a call is redirected to the forwarding
number. All your calls are redirected to your forwarding number, whether
your line is busy or not. Call Forwarding will remain activated until
you cancel it.
Consult the Call Management Service User Guide (Opens in New Window) for more details about the functionality of this option.
See the "Rates
and Service Bundles" section for the monthly subscription rates of the Call Management Services.
