Call Return *66 monitors a busy line for 30 minutes. A special ring tells you when
the line is free and the number automatically redials when you lift the
receiver.
Call Return *69 tells
you the number of the last caller and, if you like, automatically redials
it for you.
You can subscribe
to these two services on a monthly basis, with unlimited use. You can
also opt to pay $2.50 each time you press * 66 or * 69, up to a maximum
of $23.95 per month for both functions combined.
With Call Return,
you can still make or receive calls while you wait for the special Call
Return ring.
The Call Return ring
is only activated when your phone is not in use. The line you want is
monitored for 30 minutes. When it is free, five attempts are made (one
every six minutes) to alert you that the busy line is free. If, after
30 minutes, the call has not been able to be connected, the call return
request is cancelled.
Call Return works
for local and direct dialled long distance calls in calling areas equipped
with Call Return technology. If Call Return won't work for a particular
call, a voice message will tell you so.
Last Call Return cannot
be used to return a call if transmission of the caller's number has been
blocked.
Call Return can be
used from any phone connected to your telephone line.
Consult the Call Management Service User Guide (Opens in New Window) for more details about the functionality of this option.

and Service Bundles" section for the monthly subscription rates of the Call Management Services.
