Recording your Voicemail greeting
You can change your personal Voicemail greeting any time.
To record a new personal greeting:
- Pick up the receiver.
- Dial *98 (or *99 according to your region).
- When prompted, enter your voicemail box PIN, followed by #.
- When you hear the menu, press 3 for greetings menu.
- Press 1 to access the personal greeting message.
- Press 1 to record your personal greeting message.
- At the tone, record your greeting, then press #.
- You will hear the greeting you just recorded.
- Press 1 to confirm it, press 2 to change this greeting or press 3 to exit without saving the recording.
- Press * (star) to exit.
- Hang up.
Busy line greeting recording
Your Voicemail service allows you to create a Busy Greeting which will play to callers when your phone is already in use by you or another family member. This greeting is not mandatory. If you decide to not configure it, personal greeting that you defined previously
will be used.
- Pick up the receiver.
- Dial *98 (or *99) depending on your area.
- When prompted, enter your voicemail box PIN, followed by #.
- When you hear the menu, press 3 for Greetings menu.
- Press 5 to record your Busy line greeting.
- At the tone, record your greeting, then press #.
- You will hear the greeting you just recorded.
- Press 1 to confirm it, press 2 to change this greeting or press 3 to exit without saving the recording.
- Press * (star) to exit.
- Hang up.
Certain conditions apply, including a 12-month commitment at time of subscription. Offer valid for residential customers only, where technology permits. The customer must have a Touch-tone phone. Rotary phones are not compatible. An Internet connection is required to access the Call Feature Management website. Display features require a phone equipped with a display window. Certain features are activated and deactivated by phone. |
