Selective Call Forwarding
Redirects calls from certain numbers only, to a predetermined number of your choice.

To access Selective Call Forwarding:

  1. Dial *63.
  2. Use the feature codes below:

Here is a list of codes to use in the Selective Call Forwarding menu:

0    To hear the Main Menu instructions.
3    To activate and deactivate Selective Call Forwarding.
#    To add a number to the list, followed by 01 to add the last incoming call to the list, or another number.
1    review the list of numbers, followed by 07 to remove a number from the list.
*     To remove a number from the list.
08   To remove all numbers from the list.
09   To remove only anonymous numbers from the list.

      Note: Always review your list after making any changes, to confirm that       your modifications have been saved.

USEFUL INFORMATION ABOUT SELECTIVE CALL FORWARDING

  • The codes may be used while listening to the instructions to speed things up.
  • Telephone numbers may contain 10 or 7 digits only.
  • Selective Call Forwarding has priority over Immediate Call Forwarding, Busy Call Forwarding, as well as No Answer Call Forwarding.

Certain conditions apply, including a 12-month commitment at time of subscription. Offer valid for residential customers only, where technology permits. The customer must have a Touch-tone phone. Rotary phones are not compatible. An Internet connection is required to access the Call Feature Management website. Display features require a phone equipped with a display window. Certain features are activated and deactivated by phone.
