New U.S. Voice Pay-Per-Use Rate

Effective May 1, 2010, the roaming charges for text messages and roaming calls in the United States will change.

New pay-per-use rate to use voice services while roaming in the United States

Incoming	$0.99/min + $0.35/min	$1.45/min This new pay-per-use rate applies only on incoming and outgoing call made in the U.S.
Outgoing, local	$0.99/min
Outgoing, Canada/U.S.	$0.99/min + $0.75/min
Outgoing, international	$0.99 + long-distance rate / minute

This new harmonized rate is a change to the pay-per-use rate only and will not impact clients with existing roaming features or price plans on their account.

New rate for sending text messages while roaming in the United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

Effective May 1, 2010, the cost of text messages sent while roaming in the United States, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will change from $0.60 to $0.75. This new rate applies only to messages sent during a stay outside Canada and not those sent from Canada to national or international recipients.

The new rate of $0.75 does not apply to customers with existing roaming features or price plans on their account.
