IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MESSAGE CENTRE EXPRESS

In the next few weeks, Télébec Mobilité will be upgrading the system that enables you to use your Message Centre Express.

If you will be affected by our work, you will receive a letter specifying the exact date of the Message Centre Express upgrade.

To remind you, Télébec Mobilité will also put two pre-recorded notices in your voice mailbox:

• One notice three days before we begin the work;
• One notice on the day before we begin the work.

The following day, we will contact you directly to advise you that we have successfully completed our work.

We will try to minimize the inconvenience this work may cause. However, the day we do the work, you may not be able to access your messages. Furthermore, on this specific day only, the archived or unheard messages in your voicemail box will be deleted. Please listen to all your messages before this work begins, as you will not be able to retrieve them afterwards.

The password for accessing your Message Center Express will remain the same. However, you will have to reset your voicemail box and re-record your name and greeting. You will find the reset and re-recording procedures in the attached leaflet.

Reset your voicemail box and re-record your name and greeting in 7 easy steps:

1. From a Touch-tone phone, or your cell phone, dial your 10-digit cell phone number.
   
   
2. When you hear the system greeting, cut it off by pressing the # key immediately.
   
   
3. Enter your password and press the # key again. (Please use your current password.)
   
   
4. Next, press 4 for "Personal options".
   
   
5. Press 3 for "Greeting and Recorded name".
   
   
6. a) To record your greeting, press 1 and follow the instructions.
   
   b) To record your name, repeat steps 1 to 5, then press 3 and follow the instructions.
   
   
7. When you have finished recording, press *.
