How does Preauthorized Payment work?

  • Télébec preauthorized payments work the same way as your mortgage or car loan payments do: they are debited directly from your bank account or charged to your credit card. Your authorization is all it takes!

  • You continue to receive your monthly bill, detailing your charges.

  • Every month, the required payment amount is automatically debited from your bank account or charged to your credit card.

  • Payment is effected 18 days after the billing date shown on your Télébec bill.
