Note: This service does not include the Télébec Mobilité bill.

E-Bill

When you subscribe to E-Bill, Télébec will send you a monthly message, a few days after your billing date, notifying you that your telephone bill is available free of charge for online viewing in Acrobat Reader. This format allows you to display your bill on screen, as well as print it if you wish.

Paperless Bill

If you also choose to subscribe to Télébec's Paperless Bill, you will no longer receive your Télébec phone bill by regular mail. Subscribing to E-Bill is a prerequisite to the Paperless Bill.

Change of Email Address

If you are already subscribed to E-Bill/Paperless Bill and wish to change your email address, go to "Change my email address". Be prepared to identify yourself as a Télébec customer.
